I have reviewed our file in this matter with particular reference to your letter above referred to, copy of which I note was sent to the Lincoln County Power District. I would appreciate It if you would advise me just where the Power District fits into this picture and whether it has taken over the arrangement of furnishing the town of pioche. water to was being furnished by a so-called pioche Water System which was a name given to the operations by you as Receiver. Any information you can give me with respect to the connection between the Lincoln County Power District No. 1 and the pioche Water System will be greatly appreelated.
