Addendum To Cast Contract dated 4/14/97 27. Wearing uniforms outside of the Tropicana's premises when off duty without the prior authorization of your Department Head, or as authorized by applicable collective bargaining agreement. 28. Eating or Loitering in the Employees' Cafeteria or other designated employee eating/break areas during non-scheduled work days or unauthorized break periods. 29. Making false, vicious, profane or malicious statements to or about another employee, guest or patron, the hotel or its facilities. 30. Swimming at the Tropicana's pools or utilizing any Tropicana pool facility without prior written authorization. 31. Hustling, suggesting or conniving to indicate that a gratuity, tip or "toke" is required or expected for any service. 32. Neglect, disregard or violation or any written or known Tropicana rule, policy, procedure or regulation established within the department to which assigned. 33. Productivity or workmanship not up to Tropicana's standards. 34. Parking in areas other than those areas specifically designated as employee parking. 35. Except for the pool and service areas of the hotel, employees may return to the public areas of the Tropicana after their shift, when off duty and out of uniform. 36. Repeated garnishments for separate indebtedness. 37. To avoid conflicts of interest, the Tropicana prohibits the employment of any person who is a relative or any employee without the express prior consent of the executive office. 38. Using house phones in public areas for personal use. 39. Using the employee cafeteria during non-working hours. 40. Employee packages, shopping bags, purses, pocket books, and other such items are subject to inspection on the way in and out of the hotel. 41. All non-exempt employees are required to enter and exit through the employee entrance near the Personnel/Labor Relations department and Payroll. Entertainment employees may enter the hotel through entrance 5/backstage entrance. 42. Uniformed employees are not to use public restrooms. 43. All employees will take their breaks in their designated break areas. 44. Any employee who is required in the performance of their duties to drive a company vehicle or a guest's vehicle must possess a valid Nevada's driver's license. 45. Employees may be terminated for economic or business reasons as determined solely by management. 46. A failure to have or maintain in management's judgment satisfactory relationships with other employees, including supervisors. 47. A failure to have or maintain in management's judgment a satisfactory attitude on the job. 48. Rudeness or discourteous treatment of employees, guests or patrons. 49. A) Willful misconduct. B) Dishonesty. 50. All Tropicana employees, whether supervisory on non-supervisory, are prohibited from lending money to or collecting loaned money from any other Tropicana employee, guest or patron during company time or on company premises. These rules of conduct are illustrative only, and not exhaustive and may be supplemented, changed, deleted or revised at any time in management's sole discretion. Management has the sole right to determine whether particular conduct which may not be described in these rules is not in the best interests of the company or its operation and therefore warrants disciplinary action, or termination. Management has the sole right to determine the type, sequence, and severity of discipline, if any.
