Desert Park, Inc. is developing a portion of Desert Park Sub­d ivision No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has entered into private contract fo r construction of water mains and f ir e hydrant connections at it s own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the Water Company w ill, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9* make complete or p artial refund o f cost o f water mains which is agreed to be the sum of 6.00. In addition Desert Park, Inc. proposes to construct at i t s own expense, under private contract, 20 LF of 6* f ir e hydrant connections at an estimated cost of #125*00, which amount Is not subject to refund but w ill be capitalized as a donation* Reqfuest authority to enter in to usual Refund Agreement with Desert Park, Inc. Approval of the Las Vegas Valley Water D istrict under provisions o f Section 13, paragraph (b) of Agreement *CML.D. 113^2 dated June 1, 1953* has been obtained. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection . A.F.E* data is attached to Mr. Perkins’ copy. Water mains covered by this submission are now being Installed by Subdivider and would therefore appreciate wire advice when this p roject is approved.
