Maag Referring to your letter dated May 12, 1954, file 80-11, relative to sending to Mr. Maag at Las Vegas all maps, documents, etc., required for delivery to the Las Vegas Valley Water District* We have conferred with Messrs. Renwick and Maag and it appears to us that it will he necessary to keep the record prints and documents in this office temporarily due to the fact we are using them constantly in preparation of work order prints for pipe line extensions to serve various subdivision*now under construction and new proposed subdivisions which City authorities approve weekly. These documents will he assembled in this office and will he available for prompt delivery to the District when sale of the property is completed. R. L» Adamson.
