His name is Walter F. Barker. He is an employee of the Geo. Worthington Com- pany, a large wholesale firm in Cleveland, Ohio, and he is a resi- dent of Detroit, Michigan. He works in this area as a salesman for the Geo. Worthington Company. I do not have his Detroit address, but he can be reached through the Geo. Worthington Company in Cleveland. Merely address him Mir. Walter F. Barker, The Geo. Worthington Comp ary, 802-832 St. Clair Avenue N. W., Cleveland 1, Ohio. Mr. and Mrs. Barker have not yet advised us of their vacation dates. However, they will let us know very soon and I will be in touch with you to confirm these dates. They also plan to bring with them at their expense their seven year old daughter, and I have indicated to Mr. Barker that the daughter will be permitted to share their room accommodations. We have written up a report of Mr. Barker's winning the Jackpot Prize contest and it is on the press at this time in our Hardware Week report. An entire page is devoted to this contest. It shows The Sands Hotel and an inset picture of Mr. Barker, the winner, and plays up the idea of The Sands Hotel as a luxury resort hotel in Las Vegas. As soon as we get copies off the press I will send you a number of them. Enclosed are tear sheets from the June issue of HARDWARE retailer which previews the winners in all the Hardware Week contest. You will note we have devoted a considerable portion of this report to the Jackpot Prize contest and the winner.
