I agree.Page 2 1.4 Pricing ?╟÷ we are requesting that the show be priced per set piece as outlined on the work sheets. The show will be built in one shop only. Budgeting may require the redesigning or elimination of an individual piece(s) if necessary. 1.5 Shipping - all inland and ocean freight will be borne by the Producer. Please discuss truck and container size limitations with Bob Kiernan. 1.6 Hardware & Supplies - we will require the scenery supplier to provide all the necessary material to assemble, mount and install the sets in the theater as noted in the work sheets. Please consider this in pricing all pieces. Bob Kiernan can answer any questions about the stage and facility at SandCastle. We will also request an additional inventory of spare materials, paint, lamps, connectors over and above the industry norm because of the remote location of the theater. 1.7 Installation Support - it is likely that SandCastle will request technical manpower support from you for some of the installation. This may include the provision of additional stage hardware and tools. Please discuss this with Bob Kiernan and price a support package as an addition to the scenery fabrication. Thank you.
