V On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 15382-3, dated November 5, 1968 between R. Adams and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, extending term of agreement Audit No. 11000, covering lease of premises for dwelling purposes in City of Industry, California, to and including December 31, 1969, rental for the extended term shall be $80.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Work Order Authority was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. S-6 issued October 29, 1968 covering the cost of constructing 12,674 feet of 8", 10" and 12" water mains in Union Pacific Industrial Center, Los Angeles County, California. LVL&WCo. has entered into agreement C. L. D. No. 16144 with Dominguez Water Corporation to construct 12,674 feet of 8", 10" and 12" water mains to serve approximately 133 acres of industrial property in Union Pacific Industrial Center. These water mains will be constructed and owned by the Dominguez Water Corporation. LVL&WCo. will deposit $111,344.15 with Dominguez Water Corporation, to cover construction costs which in turn will refund annually 22% of the revenue collected from consumers over a 20 year period and will refund the unrefunded balance of the actual cost of the water lines when 80% of the customers for which the main extension was designed are being served. -3-
