\ is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing lease, C. A. No. 10105, dated November 1, 1940, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Fred W. Krinard and R. G. Krinard, Co-partners, and Hillside Citrus Co., Inc,, collectively called Lessee, covering packing house, including machinery and equipment, and garage, located at 4th and Vine Streets, Riverside, California, to be used for citrus fruit packing house purposes; term beginning November 1, 1940, and extending to and including November 30, 1943; rental $409.67 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 3334, dated November 1, 1940, terminating effective that date, lease Audit No. 9926, dated Jply 15, 1938, expiring November 30, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Fred W. Krinard, Lessee, covering packing house and garage, located at 3rd and Vine Streets, Riverside, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing Assignment, C.L.D. No. 3342, dated November 5, 1940, assigning to A. 0.
