I agree.b. Reservations should be charted, and Reserved Cards, now being printed, should bo filled in and placed on proper tables. c. The Anniversary Cake will be brought out at the end of the show, at Danny Thomas's instruction. It should be ready backstage by 8 PH, with 20 plates and forks available. A large cutting knife, wrapped in foil and ribbon, should also be available. 6. SATURDAY MIDNITE GALA ?╟÷ GARDEN ROOM: a. Same general setup as for Friday*s Party. b. Table decorations, noise-makers, and New Year*s hats and favors will be set up on tables in the Gala section. c. It is expected that some of the guests will leave the Hotel for another midnite show -- but Hosting Personnel should remind the guests of the Gala, and that it will be going on from midnite until ????? 7. GUEST DRESS FOR FESTIVITIES: Informal dress is suggested for the festivities. 8. GUEST LISTS: No list of the invited guests will be circulated. Personnel will use their own discretion and good judgment in handling all Sands guests. 9.
