\ RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary S. J. How in executing Deed, C.L.D. No. 15298, dated April 25, 1967 granting to Los Angeles County Flood Control District land lying in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, described therein as Parcel No. 1 (116 sq. ft.), Parcel No. 2 (1,956 sq. ft.), Parcel No. 3 (5,024 sq. ft.), Parcel No. 4 (2,020 sq. ft.), Parcel No. 5 (4,004 sq. ft.) and Parcel No. 6 (113 sq. ft.), for consideration of $3,118.00; excepting all minerals and mineral rights, without right of entry as excepted by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, Deceased; property conveyed subject to the following conditions: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1966-67. 2. That certain easement to County of Los Angeles for drainage purposes, recorded in Book 6167, page 319, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 3. That certain easement to County of Los Angeles for drainage purposes, recorded in Book 15174, page 262, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 4. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. Grantor further quitclaims unto said Los Angeles County Flood Control District, property described therein, being 4,623 sq. ft. more or less, lying partially in a natural water course; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
