I agree.Freeman company PUBLIC RELATIONS 7* LIFE GOES TO AH UGLY PARTY ?╟÷- when Sinatra plays nere again, suggest we have him throw an "Ugly Party" with guests invited to come as ugly as they can. This is Phil Kunehartfs idea (LIFE) ?╟÷ and he will cover with photogs for LIFE if we do it -?╟÷- already OK*d by Hew York, based on the party being thrown by anybody, and Phil out of friendship to us, has given it to us. Would make an interesting story, and X can see no badwlll or bad public relations reaction to it. 8. LOOK MAGAZINE story on Entratter ?╟÷- working with Bill Atwood, national Affairs Editor of LOOK, who was here last month, but story is only in embryonic stage. I can report no real progress or favorable reaction yet. 9?╟≤ WARHER BROTHERS CINEMOASCOPE SHORT ON SANDS based on talks with Norman Moray, we have Cedrlc Adams Francis and Owen Crump of Warner*s coming up this weekend (March 18) to look around for possible Cinemascope short on Sands (not las vegas), Idea on part of Moray, chief of Warner* s short division, is to have story a romantic one built around Sands, and geographical Interests in this area such as Lake Mead, etc., rather than all other hotel s. Tbis idea would need financial interst, similar to 20th Century film, butbelieve it would even be more powerful for Sands. *?╟≤ 1&. Almost 11 picture and story layouts now being circulated to national magazines, roto sections based on Sands productions, Follies number, Lena Home's unusual finale, etc. 11.
