Bracken: Replying to yours of February 6, relative to your file W 18-1-12, will say that the Stewart heirs have made several appointments with me to dispuss the alleged damage to the four acre burial ground since my letter of December 9th, 1 9 5 9 , but none of said conferences have as yet been held owing to the Inability of some of them to be present at the time appointed, I have brought up the subject several times to Tiza Stevfart and to Mina Stewart, but they stated they would rather wait until all were present to discuss It.
