Mayor Kilfoil had pledged (see letter dated June 25 1963 enclosed) that Father Doll, the Vincennes newspaper and the American Rational Bank will serve as Trustees for the funds. 3. It was further agreed by the Mayor and Mr. Gardner that an organisation would be set In Vincennes prior to the Show, so that tha proceeds could be put In the Trust immediately. 4.
