8 MONTE CARLO In decor, in service, in gourmet cuisine ?╟÷ Monte Carlo rivals the fine restaurants of the world. The menu includes a collection of international haute cuisine. The broiled Chateaubriand Richelieu and roasted ringneck pheasant are just two of the specialties. The Sommelier will help you select from the finest of rare \\V\ / / vintage wines. Monte Carlo, and its resplendent Baccarat Bar, are open from 6:30 to midnight, for dinner or drinks. Located just off the Casino, Monte Carlo is the preferred restaurant of many celebrities. Dinner reservations are suggested. The Maitre D' will gladly assist you. CACTUS ROOM The Desert Inn's versatile restaurant. It is the Inn's most popular spot for breakfast and luncheon, as well as for coffee during the day. Evenings, dinner is served in an informal atmosphere. Daily, at luncheon, a fashion showing is held in the Cactus Room, at which time fashions available at D. I. Distinctive Apparel are modeled.
