1 Section 4. With respect to the lands referred t© In sub 2 paragraph (a) of Section 1 hereof the Plrst Parties agree that 3 (a) In the event that First Parties, pursuant to 4 Section 13 hereof, shall elect that said lands are to 5 be conveyed by the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad 6 Company as grantor to the District as grantee, the deed 7 to the District shall contain a covenant in the form set 8 forth as Exhibit ”B ” restricting the drilling of water 9 » wells. 10 (b) In the event that Los Angeles & Salt Lake Rail- 11 road Company shall convey said lands, or any part there- 12 of, pursuant to Section 13 hereof, to any affiliated cor- 13 poration prior to the conveyance thereof to the District, 14 the deed from Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company to 15 its grantee shall contain a covenant in the form set forth 16 in Exhibit ”B ” restricting the drilling of water wells up- 1 7 on the lands described in said covenant which are burdened 18 by said covenant. If thereafter, pursuant to the terms of 19 said Section 13, any further conveyances of said land, or 20 any part thereof, prior to the conveyance thereof to the 21 District shall be made by the grantee of Los Angeles & 22 Salt Lake Railroad Company or by the successors or assigns 23 of said grantee, First Parties agree that the deed or 24 deeds by which said lands, or any part thereof, are con- 25 veyed shall contain a provision in the form set forth in 26 Exhibit "B-l” hereto attached transferring, assigning and 27 .. 28 21.
