A right of way for public street purposes over, upon and across the southerly 30 feet of the sale parcel as conveyed to City of Signal Hill, by instrument dated December 29, 1931» and recorded in the records of said County; 3* Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 5^24, dated October 4, 1955* conveying to William A. Nesbitt and Margaret E. Nesbitt a portion of Farm Lot 104 of the American Colony Tract, situated in Long Beach, California; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto grantor: All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed subject to: 1. General and special County and City taxes for the fiscal year 1955-1956* a lien not yet payable; 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo.
