The twenty acres have a land evaluation of $8,000 per acre (these acres include another well and three lakes). An offer was made by Warm Springs Country Club, Inc., to Mr. Al Schwarz for the forty acres adjacent to the country club on the east side of $10,000 per acre. This bid was refused.
