I agree.Hr. William St&va Page 2 January 29, 1953 I would appreciate it if, upon receipt of thia letter, you would advise me whether you can handle this matter and whether you can appear as a witness on February 17th as I do not like to request a continuance since we are furnishing water free to all of these facilities. If you can arrange to handle it and the time is convenient, I suggest you come down here sometime the early part of February, go over the files with Mr. Adamson, and then possibly make a trip to Las Vegas and secure further information from Messrs. Johnson and Cory and be prepared to testify as to the amount of water used by these various machines. Very truly yours E. E. Bennett CC: Mr. Calvin M. Corjy Mr. W.H. Johnson;/^ Mr. Wm. Reinhardt
