    B (a) Between points S, T and U; (b) Between points B and MM; (c) Between points E, F and G; (d) Between points F and I, and H and J; (e) Between points K and M; 2© feet in width; (f) Between points L and 0, and N and P; (g) Between points J«J and Q; (h) Between points R and Z;, (i) Between points SS and TT* In the event the District shall construct new pipe lines upon the property of Union Pacific in locations referred to in subparagraph (a) of Section 2 hereof, Union Pacific, up** on the request of the District, shall grant to the District,by separate documents, an easement or easements fifteen (15) feet in width for the construction, maintenance and operation of pipe lines for the conveyance ©f water in locations shown by broken red and white lines between points A and 7, 7 and K, Y and D, and K and E on said Exhibit All easements granted by Union Pacific pursuant to the provisions of this section shall be granted subject to the right of Union Pacific, its successors and assigns, to construct roads, highways, pipe lines and wire lines over and across the easement parcels and to use the said easement parcels for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreasonably interfere with the construction, maintenance and operation of the pipe lines thereon by the District for the conveyance of water* All easements granted by Union Pacific pursuant to the provisions of this section shall be granted subject to all restrictions, limitations and encumbrances of record and to ex­isting rights of other persons in and to the lands of Union Pa­cific whether of record or not* 9
