I agree.L THE ASSOCIATED PRESS P. O. Box 2416, Terminal Annex LOS ANGELES 84 Personal Sept. 26, 1961 Mr. A1 Freeman The Sands Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Al: John tells me you have been hospitalized again, and this is to express the wish that you are feeling fit as a fiddle and ready once more. I asked John to check up on the Angelita Bread recipe because the only reference to kneading was a negative one. I have written in, in the attached copy, the places where kneading seems logical. John found out at the hospital that it is kneaded three times. Are the kneading points correctly given, please? 3 As soon as this chapter and recipe reach New York, the revise of Husbands in the Kitchen will be presented to a publisher by my collaborator. The book will not yet be complete, but we have a feeling that the story of Freeman and Angelita1s Bread may be a good selling factor. Any changes to suggest in the story? It, of course, is a re-do of the one I wrote in 1957* With kindest personal regards, I am, cc Mr Flynn,
