It is OK to list the Angelbread Foundation at the address shown on your letterhead. In fact, if you would rather have the principal office at the Sands Hotel, we can have that change made. It would not, however, conflict with the letterhead as it now stands. We will correct Page 4 of the Minutes where "Secretary Freeman" appears. We will revise the list of honor- ary members and hold it open as you suggest for the time being. At the present we only have authorization for five active trustees and would require a board meeting increasing the number to seven if you wish to add Mr. (Cohn to the active member list. It seems that Mr. Whipple has been very inactive and maybe you would like to substitute Mr. Cohn for Mr. meeting, if he just doesn?╟╓t wish to attend an; it would seem best to drop him.
