It occurs to me that you would be in a better position to reconstruct a diary memorandum of Red?╟ s activities on the trips on which you accompanied him. Will you please, therefore, try your hand for those trips giving the following information as to each day of the trip: 1. The place where Red took each meal. 2. The amount spent on each meal. Note that for each meal costing in total over $25.00 we must have the restaurant receipt. 3. The persons who were in attendance at each meal and their business connection with Red. This would include officials or dignitaries, members of the press, or anyone else for whom we could establish a business contact. 4. The approximate amount spent daily on such items as tips, cab fares, laundry, etc.
