Forgive me for not getting right back to you on your fax about the cast. I understand that Mr Baldyga has spoken to you about cast numbers and the drum act as well. The night that Mr. Baldyga had seen the show, there were 8 boys and 11 girls. We have a boy , Corey, who is in rehearsal and will be going in the show next week. This will bring the boys up to 7 and at the end of this month, 1 girl, Brianne will be leaving, This will leave us at 10 girls and 7 boys. We needed to trim the cast by two and the contract worked out this way. 10 & 7 seems to preserve the staging better than 11/6. Please let me know what you would prefer and we will work towards that number, As it. stands now, we will have 10 & 7 when you get here for the changes.! would like to put together a package for you from Joella showing you how we have dealt with the various numbers of cast, You can look it over and give us direction from there. The last bit of info on the cast is that Kip Reynolds will return at the end of August for a 9 month contract, Gary has been on vacation so, I ran over to his office and looked for the tape and yes we do have it and Hellevi looks very good. Her resume says 5? 6" /104, $he is small but appears to be a very strong dancer. We will contact her and try to line Y\m up for 3 future contract. By the way, i have e-mailed Jeremy Railton some digital pictures of our old finale set up, We \rave found a way to push it upstage just a bit, so we can get the Diamond drop, which is now on #12 , in to cover the change. Also, as \ believe Mr. Baldyga mentioned to you, we can now put a scrim on #11 (reti crape) to use for a reveal, Please let me know your thought, comments and/or concerns on these issues.
