ROBS CLARK: Referring to your letter of the 17th inst. with which you returned approved Form 30 Ho, 5-1045 covering fruit separator installed in Sutherland Fruit Packing house at Riverside: I find that I overlooked advising you that Mr, Platt instructed that I secure your approval with the understanding that the Corporation pay for this fruit separator direct as a Corporation transaction. In view of these instructions of which I failed to advise you in sending you the form for approval, do you wish to withdraw your approval or may I distribute form and instruct that bill collectible be prepared against the Corporation?
