I agree.RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE ijc 5$C SjOfc # Sfc >K >!< ^ # # # # ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ >K ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ # DUTIES: 1. Coordinate arrangements for special religious activities during the World Congress. OPERATION: Since the World Congress embrace? two Sundays, April 12 and April 19, it is desirable that arrangements be made for religious services for those attending the World Congress. Briefing Rooms A and B in the Exhibit Hall of the Convention Center are available until 8:30 a.m. daily for use for early morning religious services. The RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE should provide the Information Desk with complete information on the location of churches in the Las Vegas area and the hours of services at these churches. Many of the participating organizations connected with the World Congress will be holding luncheon and dinner meetings and will probably request clergymen for invocations and benedictions. The RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE should have a list of the clergymen available for this purpose and should coordinate the assignment of these clergymen. The Chairman of the RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE may use ROOM 8 in the Convention Center as his point of contact with his committeemen.
