Bracken Agent: Las Vegas Dear Sir:- Referring to your favor of the 31st ultimo regarding bill for installation of meter at the Jail in which you ask whether, if the County Commissioners refuse to pay our bill, you should cut off the water and remove the meter: this bill had been paid.
