It is agreed that the Sands and Sportsmen's Club shall mutually approve the sale and use of the show, both for the live televising and the video taping for future syndication. This shall be done to insure that the Sands and Sportsmen's Club and any of their affiliates, associates, or member entities of their parent organization are in agreement on all aspects prior to any sale or use of the show. In all questions of propriety with respect to the standards or reputation of the Sands Hotel, the decision of the Sands management shall be final and binding.
