Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, to cover the construc­tion of approximately 1562 LF of 6* oast iron water mains and 26 LF of 6® fire hydrant connections to serve Parcel No. 1, Moss Tract #2, Las Vegas, Nevada, in location indicated on maps which will he furnished by Mr. R. L. M a m a on sn w x m m souses; 1. To deposit the so© of $6259 upon execution of con­tract. 2. To locate pipe lines. 3. To furnish easements where necessary Title Policies. together with COMP AM AGREES i 1. Upon execution of agreement and receipt of said deposit and necessary easements with Title Policies to proceed with the construction of said water mains and fire hydrant connections. 2.
