Purdy covering site on South Main Street for loading ramp, I return herewith Form 2309-A in duplicate executed by Mr. Purdy covering lease of this property fro® January 1, 1944 to January 1, 1949, Identified as *H* L.D. Ho* 1054. I am also handing Agent Davis herewith for inclusion in Railroad accounts #100 in cash covering first years rent. Regarding last paragraph of your letter, Mr. Purdy has leased the name and business of Hevada leverage Company, but will continue to carry on his business and receive shipments in his own name as heretofore.
