s 4 - Company to own water mains; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease agreement, C.L.D. No. 6930, dated December 15, 1945, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, collectively called "Lessor11, and LVL&UCo., "Lessee", covering site for loading platform at Vegetable Shed No. 3, Los Angeles, Calif., for term of five years, effective July 17, 1945; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; rental §44.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; said lease terminating effective July 17, 1945, lease Audit No. A-57803, dated December 26, 1944, between said parties, covering said premises; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement N.L.D. 1477, dated December 27, 1945, with Nevada Construction Co., covering the construction and laying of 2,570 ft. of cast iron water mains and connections to serve Charleston Square Tract No. 1, a subdivision being developed by Mastercraft Homes, Inc., Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration §3,212.50, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond and premium on public liability insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -4-
