NORMAN CORNWALL, hereby Sells, Transfers, and Assigns to the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NEVADA all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the signed hereby expressly authorizes and requests the Las Vegas Valley Water District, assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company to make al3 payments required by said Section 2, Article II, of said Agreement to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NEVADA.
