I agree.JKJ Iroauotions, inc. 835 Nortk Orlando Avenue Los Angeles. California 90069 2 3 January 19 85 Re: Revised "Soiree" and Revised "Off-Season" Show Dear Jim: Enclosed is a proposal, budget and outline for both the revised "Off-Season" show and the revised "Soiree." In both instances, I have devised Revues that will, hopefully, retain the quality of entertainment that has been established in the Casino Royale Theatre by "Soiree." On the issue of room accommodations versus salary: The good adagio team that I tried to get for $1,000.00 a week had turned the job down until I offerred them the room accommodations. (They have been making $1,600.00 a week for the past two years in Las Vegas.) At present, they have agreed to the conditions. r*Je are required to have 50% Bahamians. They all have their own homes already. Three of the expatriates that are in the show now lived in the Bahamas for years with their families. I believe it is advisable to have as many Bahamians and expatriates (who live in the Bahamas already) as possible, because they will stay with the show much longer, therefore eliminating the costly proposition of havina to replace performers every 6 months. However, T will certainly try to get any new expatriates at a $25.00 to $50.00 per week reduction with the promise of a room. Please let me know your thoughts after you have surveyed the enclosed material. I am open for any solutions that might alleviate the problems of costina.
