Los Angeles, December 10,194-0 \ - Mr. Frank Strong: Herewith for execution on part of LVL&W Co.,duplicate originals of extension rider in favor of J. R. Williams, (Williams Outdoor Adv.Service), extending the term of his lease to Jan. 1, 194-2, for signboard sites on North lain St., Las Vegas, Nevada. Law Department advises, rider may be executed on behalf of the Water Co. by you, as Vice President, in the absence of the President from the office of the Company in Los Angeles, in accordance with Mr. Ashby’s letter of February S, 1940 to Mr. Bennett.
