I agree.August 2, 1963 Dear Mr. Entratter: I know you are very busy, and this is just a fan letter, but perhaps you are the only means thru which I can ob- tain an autographed photo of Mr. Red Skelton. In the past, he or his secretary have merely ignored my requests. The desired memento must bear a personally-affixed, not reproduced, signature if I am to treasure it as a worthy addition to my collection. I will then know that he took the time from his admittedly- busy schedule to honor one of his many fans ---in this instance, one of his most-rabid. I am, therefore, in effect, asking the assistance of your influential offices to bring this seemingly small favor to culmination. I would greatly appreciate it if you would try to catch up with him the next time he visits your office or the offices of any of your associates -?╟÷ or perhaps forward the letter, with a personal memo of your own, on to someone who will definitely follow it up.
