I agree.3. FRIDAY MIDNItE PARTY - GARDEN ROOM: a. Reservations for the Party should be funnelled thru Hosting Personnel to Garden Room Maitre d' Freddie Warren. b. A seatittg chart should be made up, and special Reservation Cards, now being printed, should be filled out and placed oh tables reserved. c. A section of the Garden Room, roughly two-thirds of the Room, will be blocked off for the Party. A band platform and a dance floor Will be set up. d. An #<aif-Walln partition will separate the Party section of the Garden Room from the section which will still be Open to the public for regular service* e. Stanchions and ropes will be set up to allow traffic to be easily directed into the prdf>er section. f. Bottles and set-ups will be arranged on reserved tables. g. Sufficient captains and waiters will be planned to supply the beat possible service* h. Chinese and regular American menus will be offered to guests attehding the Party. i* Two bands ?╟÷ Ernie Stewart and Hank Spank ?╟÷ will alternate for .dancing* j. Chuckwagon will not be served Friday or Saturday nights, but regular Garden Room service will still be available * 4. SATURDAY COCKTAIL PARTY ?╟÷ EMERALD ROOM: a. Chinese hors d'oeuvres will be prepared for about 150 people. b. Hosting Personnel should be dressed and on station by 5:30 PM. c. Ernie Stewart Trio will play cocktail music. 5. SATURDAY DANNY THOMAS DINNER SHOW ?╟÷ COPA ROOM: a. This is the key function of the Festivities, and all Hosting Personnel should try to get all invited guests to attend this dinner show. 2
