SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS Prior to the first day of each month, the Contractor shall pay to the Commission the sum of one-twelfth of the annual minimum guarantee. At the end of each six (6) months period, the Contractor shall submit to the Commission a statement, certified by a certified public accountant, showing the gross revenues for the preceding six (6) months. The percentage factor shall be applied to the gross revenue so submitted. At this time the Contractor shall pay to the Com- mission the difference between the amount so calculated and the minimum guarantee previously paid. C. RIGHT OF AUDIT The Commission reserves the right to audit the accounts of the Contractor at any time. Should there be a discrepancy as determined by audit of more than two (2) per cent, then the Contractor shall pay the cost of the audit in addition to the monies due thereby. ARTICLE VI - MISCELLANEOUS OBLIGATIONS OF CONTRACTOR A. RULES, REGULATIONS, LAWS, ORDINANCES AND LICENSES The Contractor shall observe and obey all the laws, ordinances, regula- tions and rules of the federal, state, county and municipal governments which may be applicable to its operations at the airport. The Commission has the right to and shall adopt and enforce reasonable rules and regulations or ordinances with respect to the use of the airport and related facilities, which rules, regulations or ordinances Contractor agrees to observe and obey. Contractor shall obtain, pay for, and maintain all permits and licenses necessary for its operations at the airport, all at no cost or expense to the Commission. The Commission reserves the right to judge what advertising and the quality of advertising that the Contractor shall display in the terminal building. Should such advertising in the judgement of the Commission be determined to be distasteful, immoral, or in any other way detracting, to Clark County or to the airport structure, the Commission through their representative shall order the removal of such advertising. The Contractor in this case will immediately com- ply with the ruling of the Commission. B. COST OF MAINTENANCE Contractor shall bear at his own expense all costs of maintaining and servicing the advertising displays, insurance, any and all taxes, charges for custodial service and supplies, and all permit and license fees required by law. Contractor shall repair all damages to the New Terminal Building and improvements therein caused by Contractor's employees or agents.
