1 June 21# ao - u Las Vegas Valley Water District 900 South 5th Street 4: tea Vegas#Nevada Gentlemen* We have delivered to the First National Bank of Nevada# las Vegas#Nevada# today#three originals of Escrow Instructions and all the conveyance documents referred to in ay letter to the Bank dated June IS# 1954# copy of which waa mailed to you. We have also transmitted to the Bank three originals of Amendment to Escrow Instructions which reduce the Preliminary Purchase Price by $l8#633.79# provided the transfer of the water system la completed on July 1# 1954. It la estimated that an additional saving of $4600.00 will be made by the District in the final purchase price# — or a total of $23#233.79 if the District takes advantage of the offer of the water Company to waive these amounts provided the transfer is made on July 1# 1954. Mr. L. K. Maag will have available for delivery te you at Las Vegas# at any time between June 28th and July 1st# 1934# all of the documents and property referred to in Exhibit *!G ‘ attached te the Agreement dated June 1# 1953# between the Pailroad Companies# the Water Company and the District for the sale of the Las Vegas water system.
