Folger has advised me of your telephone conversation with him relative to re consideration of the request of the Hotel Owners Association for a revision of the Las Vegas rate®. You will recall that at our meeting I stated it m s the intention of the Water Company in the very m a r future to file an application for a general overall increase in water rates in Las Vega® and we are working up data at this time looking toward the preparation and filing of such an application. May I not suggest for your consideration that any further action upon the request of the Motel Owners Association be deferred until that application is filed and then at the hearing this particular question can be considered in addition to numerous other questions which will undoubtedly arise.
