Youngsters to be briefed thenselves thoroughly on the Tags, to be rehearsed in how to conduct the Briefing, and to actually wear the Tags to show the press. Results of this event will result in wire pictures of children briefing press as they show Tags; in wire stories of how a Press Conference was conducted by youngsters; and various stories on actual reactions of the youngsters to the aeaaiag of wearing the Tags, I visualise newsreel, TV newsreel, and wire picture coverage on this briefing.
