An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 11, OF ORDINANCE NO. 313, ALSO REFERRED TO AS SECTION 15, CHAPTER 14, CODE OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, 1949, BY PROVIDING A NEW SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR GARBAGE COLLECTIONS, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, was read by title and referred to Commissioners Jarrett and Whipple for recommendation. Commissioner Whipple moved the Southern Nevada Disposal Co., Inc. be required to change their bookkeeping system so that receipts and expenses for garbage service in Las Vegas be kept separate from North Las Vegas and Clark County. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this special meeting, Commissioner Jarrett moved this meeting adjourn.
