I agree.Whispering Ben Spring Las Vegas, Nevada, June 6, 1923. Ur. W. H. Comstock, General Manager, Los Angeles & Salt Lake R. R. Co., Los Angeles, California. Bear Sirs Acknowledging receipt of your letter of May 4th in reference to Whispering Ben Spring. On examination of the records, X find that this spring was filed on by a man named Jack Naylor, who owns a little ranch about four miles above that spring farther up on the mountain and I have been waiting to interview Mr. Naylor before writing anything definite oonoerning Whispering Ben Spring. His location and filings, eto., have been done legally and in oase of the purchase of the spring, 1 suppose we will have to deal with Naylor. However, just as soon as I can wind the matter up I will advise you. Yours truly. B/H Vice-President & Agent.
