If you do not have a breakdown of the expenditures to date, this is to advice that after our reeent meeting in Chicago the $5,000 pro- motional fund being spent by T1A has been increased to $6,500, with a give-away of 11,000 silver dollars from the window display, which money is furnished by your organisation. 2. Approximately $2.QQQ?╜,haa been allocated and designs made up for the display of 100,0w "silver dollars for the quarter of a million dollar display in the TfA City Ticket Office at the comer of Wabash and Source. The entire corner will be transformed into a replica of a bank vault displaying the money with appropriate sell aid point of sale eopy giving pertinent information. Twenty-four hour |gj;|||JgK guards will be on duty to guard the money, giving additional intrigue and glamour. - A railing is being constructed outside the window to keep the expected throngs from possibly breaking the windows. This is anticipated because a recent count taken by a traffic survey committee indicates almost 70,000 people pass this window daily Monday through Saturday. 3. A portion of the money ?║i| be transported from a TWA airplane from Las Vegas at the airport to out downtown office, a distance of I0|r miles through city streets. Tbs transportation will be by three burros with saddlebags full of silver dollars. Appropriate signs will be placed all over. Considerable publicity and exposure is ex- pected from this stunt. This will be done after the 18th, and one of the beautiful girls from Las Vegas will be leading each burro. 4.
