irT^"*mMMm*K>% ARTIST AGREEMENT This agreement made this 27th day of July 1990, by and between PRINCESS CASINOS LIMITED (hefeinafter~referred to as ,fCasinon) with a place of business in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, and KATHLEEN SURRENCE (hereinafter referred to as ,fArtist,f, residing at: . Whereas, Artist is willing to perform services for the Casino upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth: Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing, the execution of this agreement by each of the parties hereto, and the full and faithful performance of the convenants herein: IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:- 1. Terms of Engagement A. Casino hereby engages Artist, and Artist accepts said agreement to perform under the direction, supervision and control of the Casino as an Adagio Dancer at the Casino Royale Theater of the the Princess in Freeport, Grand Bahama, in a revue entitled N I G H T LIFE for a periof of 12 months. The engagement shall commence on 4th October, 1990 and shall be terminated on 6th October. 199-1. The rehearsal period commences on 4th September, 1990 fit] th rough 8th October, 1990 B. The Casino grants the option to the Artist of extending the engagement further, but such option(s) must be exercised by the Artist no later than twelve (12) weeks prior to the termination of initial agreement. C. Artist agrees to perform up to thirteen (13) shows within a period of six (6) days each week. The number of shows to be given on any one day shall be a matter of discretion of Casino, always providing that not more than three (3) shows shall be given on not more than any two (2) days within such period. If Artist is required to perform more than thirteen (13) shows within a period of six (6) days, Artist will be compensated for such extra shows on a pro-rata of initial salary. D. Show times will be scheduled by Casino, and may be changed from time to time. However, a one (1) week notice will be given prior to a schedule change, except in an emergency. 2. Compensation Casino agrees to pay Artist, and Artist agrees to accept as full payment for the engagement, the sum of: $ 750. 00 per week.
