Maag - Las Togas ) As requested in your letter of March 18* 195**» file &)-ll» I hare collaborated with Mr. Maag and an attaching list of documents which will* in ay opinion, be required under Exhibit 0 of Agreement with water District. Please note that Pages 1 through 10 of the attached list covers easements granted to the Water Company; that Page 11 contains easements that were reserved by the Water Company in conveyances to outeido parties; that Page 12 lists the quitclaims of water systems the assignments of pipe lino permits to the Water Company. Per your information, license referred to in Mr. Maag*s letter of March 25th, *H*L.D. 2722, Audit Ho. IO696, is also carried as Contract Audit Ho. A-73080. I am unable to locate any leases* which could bo included within the requirements of Exhibit G of the basic agreement.
