Mo. 113U2, dated June 1, 1953t between Los Angelos & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Dnion Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Las Vegas Valley Water District severing water production and distribution facilities Las Vegas, Mevada. X now enclose duplicate originals and one extra copy of the following documents C.L.D. Mo. 113^2-1 - Agreement supplementing C.L.B* Mo* 113^2, Agreement (C.A. Mos* 10682, ®0l*.05 and 10682) covering sale of Las Vegas water system to provide for rellaquiShment by the District of water pipe line easement and granting by Railroads of two easements in lieu thereof. Am also enclosing one copy of C.L.D. Mo. 113^2-2 proposed grant of two easement a for water pipe lines by LA&SL-TJPRR to Las Vegas Valley Water District. These documents have been prepared on. the basis that Water District*c original plan called for construct* Ion of a 30-inch pipeline parallel to existing 16-inch pipeline in 20-foot wide easement from "K" to *H* shown by rod line on Exhibit " A % whereas present plans of District call for a 30-inch pipeline to be constructed In 15-foot easement shown colored green on Exhibit “A* and | salvaging the 16-ineh pipeline. if. the above documents arc in acceptable form, will you please arrange for execution of C.LtD.
