\1 120 B r o a d w a y , New Yo r k . W + J LAW DEPARTMENT f SEP 10 1907 S,P„L,A,,& S.L.R.R.CO. I Sept 3, 1907. ¥. R. Kellj1-, Esq., General Counsel, Los Angeles. Lear Sir:- I have your letter of August 26th suggesting and recommending declaration of a dividend of 200^ "by the Las Vegas Land & Water Co. upon its capital stock. I understand that the capital stock of this company, 500 shares, is all held by or for the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company. If this is correct I think, with you, that it is wise to declare and pay the dividend. I suggest that as this is a dividend of proceeds of xkx company’s property sold it will be wise and proper to have the dividend approved by all the stockholders at a meeting called for the purpose. Yours truly,
