Unless all Poll Taxes and special taxes are paid on or before Monday, December 7, 1931, all will be delinquent and 10% delinquency will be added and 1% per month interest will be charged until paid.

    The second installment will be delinquent on Monday, June 6, 1932, after which date a delinquency of 10% will be added, the property^advertised and sold for Taxes, Pen­ alties, etc., on the third Monday in July next succeeding.

    The Soldiers and Sailors relief act, as understood, provides that persons in Military service may defer their tax payments subject to six per cent interest from due date until paid.

    Persons entitled to this privilege, however, are earnestly advised to pay when due, if possible, and avoid the six per cent interest on deferred payments.

    In any event those who elect to forego payment temporarily, are RE- QUESTED TO ADVISE THE TAX RECEIVER OF THE FACT THAT THEY ARE IN SERVICE, IN ORDER THAT PROPERTY MAY NOT BE SOLD.
