At that time, the Board of Directors will give consideration to the adoption of said resolution. The resolution approves the "Escrow Instructions" and the "Amendment to Escrow Instructions", both under date of June 21, 1954. We are advised by Union Pacific that these "Escrow Instructions" have been signed by Union Pacific and filed with the escrow agent. We have previously advised you that we have examined said instructions and approved the same as to form, except as to dollar amounts, which are to be confirmed by the District's accountant, Mr, Conway. The resolution also orders the Treasurer to deposit the necessary moneys with the escrow agent ^ to carry out the terms and provisions of the "Escrow Instructions. The "Escrow Instructions" prepared by Union Pacific provide a signature space only for the President of the Las Vegas Valley Water District. An additional signature space should be provided for the Secretary, as follows: "ATTEST: By Secretary”
