Redman Gentlemens Beferring to your letter with reference to "BitPlante A Structure*sPHS NEV-26021 & 26029* regarding proposed contract between United States and Lae Vegas Land and Mater Company for supplying of water to the Army Sousing Projects In Xelso- Turner Terrace, Las Vegas: It now appears that we are In acoord on all provisions of the proposed oontraot, except the non-dieerlalnatlon clause. Under the circumstances, we are willing to waive our objections, and It will be satisfactory to include the non-dls- orialnatlon clause In the agreement. In accordance with your request, we enclose herewith ten Cltj copies of our rate schedule as now on file with the Public Service Commission. Will you please proceed with preparation of the contract, have same executed by Public Houeing Administration and forward to me for similar action by the Water Company. In accordance with fifth paragraph of your letter, we are billing the Las Vegas Hou&lng Authority at the agreed upon rate for January service, $$85*50.
