Dear Sir: I have just been talking with Mr. White about your letter of January twenty-first quoting one you had from Mr. Hooker relative to his looking over the lands in the vicinity of Lund and Milford the next time he comes west. Mr. White has no printed matter relative to these two particular projects, but he is writing Mr. Hooker giving him a general idea of the character of the country and the water so far as it has been developed, and will arrange to meet Mr. Hooker and go over the ground with him next time he comes west.
